Agreement

By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these terms. This website is run by SaaS Equity Partners LLC (“we,” “us”), which does business as AI Exit Strategy and the AI Exit Accelerator.

What we offer

The Launch-Tonight Ad Kit: a free training and resource, sent by email.
Strategy Session: a paid, 60-minute one-on-one working session by video call. You leave with a step-by-step written plan.
AI Exit Accelerator: a coaching program. Its price and terms are explained on the strategy session before you decide to join.

Payments

All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by PayPal. You can pay with a PayPal account or a credit or debit card. Charges appear on your card statement under PayPal with the name Mark Vaudreuil (for example, “PAYPAL *MVAUDREUIL”).

Strategy Session refunds

You get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled call. To cancel, email [email protected]. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the call, and missed calls, are not refunded.

AI Exit Accelerator refunds and guarantee

Payments for the AI Exit Accelerator are non-refundable. Instead, you’re covered by the “We Keep Going” Guarantee: show up, do the work for 16 weeks, and if you’re not earning commissions yet, we keep coaching you at no extra cost until you are.

No guarantee of income

We don’t promise that you will make any money. Results depend on your effort, your market, your ad spend and many things outside our control. See our Earnings Disclaimer.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your own business decisions, your own advertising costs, and following the rules of every platform you use, including Meta and any affiliate network.

Our content

All training, templates and materials are owned by SaaS Equity Partners LLC and are for your personal use. Please don’t copy, resell or share them without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, SaaS Equity Partners LLC is not liable for any indirect or lost-profit damages from using this website or our programs. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page.
